MANUAL PAINT SHOP

The "PTÁCKÁ" manual paint shop operates on an area of 2,800 m2 and provides painting of all types of materials: plastic / metal / laminate / wood and at the same time can process in the required quantity and quality: input control - part preparation - painting in USI Italia paint booths inspection of more than 250 thousand parts per month.

Automatic paint shop

The automated painting line of the "PLAZY" plant on an area of 4,000 m² provides painting of plastics. It is mainly equipped for large-volume painting projects. The plant is completely new, built on the most modern robotic painting technologies available on the market with maximum emphasis on ecology.

Laboratory

Since 2016 we have our own laboratory equipped with air-conditioning chambers, microscopes, a spectrophotometer and other modern measuring and testing devices directly in NEONLAK, with which we provide a complete portfolio of tests for exterior parts.
