History

The company was founded in Mladá Boleslav in 1996. The company's focus was on the profession of one of the company's founders, Mr. Petr Šindelka, who already had above-standard experience in industrial painting and his idea of how to improve this service in the automotive industry and to improve. Combined with the business and economic experience of his wife, Mrs. Drahomíra Šindelková, NEONLAK, then under its original name NEON-LAK, was able to start operating as an industrial paint shop.

The company has retained the character of a family business, in which not only both owners worked together with their employees, but gradually both of their sons joined them. Through joint efforts, they have succeeded in developing the company and becoming one of the leading suppliers of TIER2 in the automotive industry. In 2018, one of the owners' sons, Mr. Vít Šindelka, took over the management and concern for the further development of the company. Already under his leadership, the brand was redesigned and the latest project began to be implemented - the construction of an automatic paint shop.
