Hand paint shop
The “PTÁCKÁ” manual paint shop operates on an area of 2800 m2 and provides painting of all types of materials: plastic / metal / laminate / wood and at the same time it can process in the required quantity and quality: input control – preparation of parts more than 250 thousand parts per month.

Before painting, we clean and blow the parts to remove the surface of the parts from mechanical particles, greasy marks, lubricant residues. The adhesion of materials to the plastic surface is 80% ensured by burning.
Wet application of paints is performed manually, with pneumatic spray guns DeVilBiss and SATA. In the painting booth, various types of body parts, or components, of motor vehicles are painted. Water-based paints, thinner paints, two-component paints, acrylic paints, primers and hardeners are used for painting.
