INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA – INTERESTED IN EMPLOYMENT
NEONLAK spol. s r.o., Ptácká 297, Mladá Boleslav, 293 01, IČ: 25053426 (“NEONLAK”) is the administrator of your personal data, which means that it determines the purpose and means of personal data processing, performs the processing of personal data and is responsible for them.
NEONLAK PROCESSES THE FOLLOWING PERSONAL DATA
- Identification and address data: in particular name, surname, address of permanent residence,
- contact details and electronic contact details: (mobile) telephone number, e-mail address,
- other data – professional CV, the possibility of starting, the idea of wages, or remuneration for work
in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (“GDPR”).
NEONLAK obtains personal data from job seekers and recruitment agencies.
NEONLAK will process personal data primarily for the purposes of the selection procedure for the advertised job position and in the case of granting consent to be contacted with a possible future job offer.
For the above purposes, NEONLAK processes personal data for the duration of the selection procedure and, in the case of consent, for the period of validity of the consent.
In some cases, it hires other entities for the processing of personal data, in particular the company’s external supervisor in the field of human resources, a personnel agency.
PERSONS MAY TAKE THE FOLLOWING RIGHTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA:
- the right to access personal data and to obtain a copy of the personal data processed
- the right to correct and supplement personal data
- the right to delete personal data
- the right to restrict the processing of personal data
- the right to object

NEONLAK does not perform any profiling or automated decision-making based on the processing of personal data.
In the event of a presumption of breach of the controller’s obligations in the processing of personal data, persons have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Czech Republic.
